AIRPORT PROCEDURES ON ARRIVAL When arriving at O' Hare or Midway Airport first pick up your baggage and then call 1-847-553-8625. You will be notified of the description of the car ( e.g. Black Lincoln Town Car, licence plate number) that will pick you outside the lower level terminal door 1A to 1E, 2A to 2E, 3A to 3E and 5D or 5E at O' Hare and Lower Level door L 1 or L 2 at Midway. Go outside the building through the designated door as above, cross one lane of traffic (taxi lane) to the middle lane, where you will meet your driver and the limo. You will not be greeted at any other door than those mentioned above. It takes normally 5-7 minutes for the limo to reach where you are, depending on conditions from the limo parking lot to the terminal you are waiting. Sometimes it could take longer due to reasons that are not under the driver's control. We seek your patience and forbearance during such situations.
